ALL U.S. Citizens (including children and infants) are required to carry a VALID PASSPORT for all air travel out of the United States. Most cruise lines also follow this requirement.

If your passport is expired, you may be denied travel. If your passport expires while you are traveling, you may NOT be allowed re-entry into the United States. If you need a passport in a hurry, visit www.itseasypassport.com for expediting service. (Additional fees apply.)
Married or divorced women traveling under any name other than what is printed on their required identification/documentation, must supply a marriage license and/or divorce decree (copy is acceptable).
Authorization for Travel with Minors
There may be additional requirements for persons under the age of 18 traveling without both parents. You may be required to produce a document with notarized signatures of the absent parent(s) providing authority to travel with their child. Without documentation, an unnecessary delay could result in denied boarding.
All flight times, itineraries & carriers are subject to change with or without prior notice. Twinsburg Travel recommends that you contact the airline within 24 hours of departure to confirm your departure time. During inclement weather, confirm flights again before leaving for the airport. In general, you must be checked in and at the gate at least 45 minutes before your scheduled departure time. Baggage must be checked in 60 minutes before your scheduled departure time to avoid being denied boarding. Allow enough additional time to clear all security check points. It is your responsibility, when confirming your flights directly with the airline carrier(s), to know their required check-in time(s). If you have an early morning departure flight, confirm what time the airport counter will open for your check-in. Twinsburg Travel cannot be held responsible if you miss your flight or are denied boarding. Carriage and services performed and tickets issued by the air carrier are subject to the rules relating to liability and the terms and conditions herein by the air carrier directly.
Baggage Policy, Limitations &Weight Limits
Many airlines have instituted a policy of charging travelers for checked baggage and even carry-on bags. Those charges are payable directly to the airline at the time of check-in, and as a result, are not included in the price of your flights. It is your responsibility to check directly with the airline carrier(s) regarding their specific Baggage Limitations (including size and weight). Limitations vary by carrier. You could incur additional expenses if you go over the limitations, and you will not be entitled to any refund. Baggage policies and fees are subject to change by the airlines at any time without notice. Policy changes are becoming more frequent, so be sure to check back each time you fly.
Twinsburg Travel does not guarantee any specific flight schedule.Twinsburg Travel is not responsible, nor has control of the seating assignments, flight schedules, airline equipment changes or flight cancellation. The airline can change a non-stop flight to a one-stop flight with change of airplanes. In the event the air carrier with whom the tour company has a contract to perform the air transportation described is delayed in performance or unable to perform with such aircraft, the provisions of the air carrier’s tariff shall govern the rights and obligations of both parties. Any additional expenses incurred due to airline scheduling will be the responsibility of the passenger(s). Airline Scheduled Air Seats are assigned when making the reservation, and seat assignment is based on availability. If the Airline Scheduled Air has a schedule change or equipment change, your original assigned seats may change or become airport assigned. Neither Twinsburg Travel nor the Tour Company has control of the seating assignments. Make sure the airline has an emergency phone contact for you.
Island Departure Tax
Antigua and Barbuda: $28. There is a departure tax required upon departing the country.
Example: Bahamas, Jamaica, St. Lucia, Turks& Caicos There is a departure tax for travelers, which is regularly included in airfare. Bahamas = Applicable to all visitors over the age of 6. Jamaica & Turks &Caicos = Applicable to all visitors over the age of 12. The island should not charge you if it was already included in your airfare.

Fuel Surcharge Message
Due to the significant increase of fuel cost, all non ticketed itineraries may be subject to fuel surcharges imposed by the airlines without advance notice. It is best to have all airline reservations ticketed immediately to guarantee and avoid future increases due to fuel surcharges. With the surcharges changing rapidly, it is possible your final payment package does not include the most current amount due. Fuel surcharges may not be reflected in your full payment amount. In the event that the amount owed is higher due to the fuel surcharges you will be contacted immediately. Once paid in full tickets will be issued the same day. All itineraries, even those which are ticketed and paid in full, may be subject to government tax increases without notice which will be collected by the airline directly. Please be advised of the possibilities of additional collection of these mandatory Airline/ Government Fuel surcharges and taxes.
Airline Cancelled Flights / Schedule ChangesThere are several flight schedule changes or cancellations made to the Caribbean. We are making every effort to ensure that you are protected on the most convenient flights for your upcoming vacation. In an effort to alleviate any potential problems these changes may cause, we are asking that you please check your flight information as soon as possible to make sure your schedules are in order. We can work together to change your departure airport, travel dates to accommodate the newly adjusted airline schedule, or change the destination to suit the desired travel dates.
Infants & Lap Children Fees
International flights, lap children must have a paper ticket and are subject to applicable international taxes.A paper ticket will be issued at the time of payment.In addition, a10% fee of the accompanying adult rate may apply, depending on the international destination.An infant, lap child less than 2 years (24 months) of age. Traveling with a birth certificate for a lap child between the ages of 1 and 2 is recommended.
Window or Aisle Seat Charge

Auto Cancellation of Airline Ticket(s), Airline Ticket Price(s) and/or Flight Schedules:
If airline ticket(s) are not paid in full and ticketed 30 days before your departure date, the airline reservation may automatically cancel, resulting in loss of your airline ticket price and/or flight schedule.This auto cancellation is from the airlines directly. Payment is due by final payment date and is the responsibility of the airline ticketed passenger(s).Credit card final payment that is declined or a NSF Check will also be the responsibility of the Airline Ticket Passenger(s) and may result in Auto Cancellation.

New Application for a U.S. Passport
To obtain a passport for the first time, you need to go in person to one of over 9, 000 passport acceptance facilities located throughout the United States with two photographs of yourself, proof of U.S. citizenship, and a valid form of photo identification such as a driver’s license.
Acceptance facilities include many Federal, state and probate courts, post offices, some public libraries and a number of county and municipal offices. There are also 13 regional passport agencies, and 1 Gateway City Agency, which serve customers who are traveling within 2 weeks (14 days), or who need foreign visas for travel. Appointments are required in such cases. You’ll need to apply in person if you are applying for a U.S. passport for the first time: if your expired U.S. passport is not in your possession; if your previous U.S. passport has expired and was issued more than 15 years ago; if your previous U.S. passport was issued when you were under age 16; or if your currently valid U.S. passport has been lost or stolen. Renewal of a U.S. Passport
You can renew by mail if: Your most recent passport is available to submit and it is not damaged; you received the passport within the past 15 years; you were over age 16 when it was issued; you still have the same name, or can legally document your name change.

If your passport has been, altered or damaged, you cannot apply by mail. You must apply in person.
